Benidorm – the famous seaside resort town of the Costa Blanca of the province of Alicante, part of the autonomous community of Valencia, with a population of about 70,000 inhabitants and visited by millions of tourists all year round. “Spanish New York” or “Spanish Las Vegas“, as it is called because of the abundance of beautiful skyscrapers, many hotels, developed entertainment industry, and vibrant nightlife.

Benidorm has its own special microclimate, thanks to the surrounding mountains, which protect the seaside resort from cold winds and damp sea breezes, enhancing the feeling of warmth. That is why the active beach season here is quite long: from April to October, although sunbathers can be seen on the beach almost all year round. In the hottest months, during July all the way to August, the usual temperature is above 30°C. Mild winters with temperatures from +20°C during the day to +6°C at night. Here, about 320 days a year, sunny weather and rains are a rare occurrence mainly during spring and autumn.

There is everything here to enjoy a very comfortable life. High-rise residential areas offer apartments with beautiful sea views. Schools and colleges accept children aged 3-18. Many international schools have an adapted curriculum that allows you to enter the leading universities in Europe.
The nearest airports are in Alicante (about 60 km.) and Valencia (about 150 km.), from which you can get to the city either by car or by using a commuter train or intercity bus.
